Warranty Information
Each item we sell comes with the original Manufacturer's Warranty
All steam showers carry a (7) seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking. Structural components include acrylic panels, shower pans, ceiling, and glass panels. All steam shower parts carry a (1) one-year guarantee against defects.
All jetted, and air tubs carry a (7) seven-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the tub from peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking. All jetted and air tub parts carry a (5) five-year guarantee against defects.

The purchaser agrees to hold harmless and indemnify steamshowerdepot.com from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products.
SteamShowerDepot is committed to customer satisfaction! Our experienced sales and service staff is trained on all the products we sell. Our customer service is dedicated to your needs. Although some occasional variation or changes in product options from the manufacturer may occur, we do not ship repackaged, used or defective products. All products we sell are brand new from the original manufacturer. We only ship genuine brand name products. Our warehouse carries most steam shower replacement parts in stock and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Replacement parts can be ordered by calling our service department at 219-765-5799 or email us at email@steamshowerdepot.com. We recommend that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare parts and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for installing spare parts. .
Shipping and Delivery
All Products are shipped lift gate service from our warehouse and include Free Shipping to East Coast Region States which are Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. At this time due to excessive shipping costs customers within the remaining Continental United States should contact us by email at email@steamshowerdepot.com, or by phone, for an additional shipping surcharge quote. Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada should also email us or call our customer service department at 219-765-5799 for additional shipping information.
In Stock Items typically ship next business day after receipt of payment unless item is on a back order status, which customer would be notified. Customer credit card will be authorized for total invoice amount at time the order is placed. Normal shipping time is 3-14 days, depending on circumstances. Once shipped completed sales cannot be cancelled without being subject to our return policy. Delivery is made by appointment with the freight company and the customer by telephone number provided to the freight company at time of purchase/shipping. Confirmation of delivery time is made by the freight company and the customer.
Shipping from our freight company will only deliver goods to an outside your home location and the freight company is not responsible for moving your items inside or upstairs. Additional assistance upon delivery is the responsibility of the customer when delivery appointment is scheduled with the freight company. The customer is responsible for any unforeseen additional charges incurred from the freight company. If arranged with the freight company they may move the delivery to a requested location for an additional charge which is the responsibility of the customer. These charges include but are not limited to assisting the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location, an extra charge may be applied. return of the product due to customer missing delivery appointments (including the original shipping charge that was previously waived) This amount will be deducted from any refund due the customer for product return because the customer missed the delivery appointment.
CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A DETAILED SHIPPING & RECEIVING CHECKLIST BY EMAIL WHEN ITEM IS SHIPPED AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT. YOU MUST INSPECT THE PACKAGES FOR VISIBLE DAMAGES AND YOU MUST SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY. If there is VISIBLE damage, of any kind contact us immediately for more information at 219-765-5799. Once the unit is signed for you are accepting the unit is in undamaged condition. If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO NOT SIGN FOR A SHIPMENT, ACCEPTING LIABILITY FOR A DELIVERY THAT YOU HAVE NOT INSPECTED FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE. WHEN A DELIVERED ITEM IS SIGNED FOR IT WILL BE MARKED IN GOOD CONDITION. CUSTOMER MUST REPORT DAMAGE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY. WHEN DELIVERY IS COMPLETE YOU MUST OPEN THE PACKAGES AND COMPLETELY CHECK FOR DAMAGES. THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER REQUESTS FOR A DAMAGED ITEM INSURANCE CLAIM AFTER 72 HOURS

Item will be shipped in one or more wooden crates or cardboard boxes or pallets for the protection & safe delivery of the product. All crates are sized to fit through standard doorway. IF DAMAGE IS FOUND PLEASE INSPECT ITEM for damage before calling to report damaged delivery

Luxury Spas Warranty Info
Luxury Spas carry a comprehensive 10-2-2 warranty.
(10) Year acrylic shell warranty against water leaks from defects in materials and workmanship. (Repair or Replacement)
(2) Year acrylic shell warranty against cracks, blisters, peeling, and delamination arising from defects in materials. (Repair or Replacement)
(2) Year warranty on all major spas components, specifically, the pumps, the heater, and the control system. (Repair or Replacement)
All other spa components including the cover, pillows and LED lighting carry a 90-day warranty. (Repair or Replacement)

Luxury Spas Warranty Process
The quality of our spas and the care that we exercise in getting the spa to the customer in good condition keeps our claims rate low. However, situations do arise where a customer needs a part or service under warranty. Prior to filing a warranty claim for parts or service, customers should contact our technical support department at 866.220.7405 to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Once a technician determines that a repair or replacement is necessary, they will coordinate the repair or replacement with the customer.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the spa warranty. No other warranties express or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 10-2-2 warranty listed on the warranty certificate and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse.
Installation and Codes
A licensed plumber and electrician must install the unit, or it will void the unit's warranty from the manufacturer.
The purchaser of the steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify. Steamshowerdepot.com is not responsible for any liability or losses from plumbing or electrical installation.
The customers are responsible for confirming the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes before purchase. If a customer purchases any item that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions. You can return the unit for the purchase price, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a restocking fee of 15% if the unit is in the original packaging.
If the steam shower unit or bathtub was opened or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee would apply.
